A black man/child who lives in a ghetto who has been deprived there whole lifes of the white mans lifesyle, also a black man/child who has a family member that has been shot,stabbed,rapped or involved in domestic violence or commiting those ofences.

If you are black doesnt mean your a nigga infact only a small minority of black people are niggas. Where as if your black your a nigger and only black people can be niggers.

The direct interperition of nigga is a type of person within a race group(blacks)
