It was later revealed in 2024, Dr Disrespect was caught messaging a minor back in 2019. Dr Disrespect has now been dubbed a pedophile and has coined the name "Dr. Diddy" after the American Rapper P. Diddy, Due to P. Diddy's sexual assault allegations, and allegations of gangraping a minor. Since these allegations, Dr Disrespect has been removed from any and all brand deals, removal of any cosmetics of him in video games, and was removed from Midnight Society, a company Herschel helped create.
