When you drive a car that isn’t American. For instance Kia,Hyundai,bmw,Mercedes and Audi. But now most of them are made in the USA so no vehicle is truly foreign.

Riding rail means to be at the very front of a concert/show, especially larger shows where the stage is separated by a ledge/rail.
