The Red Nut is attained by sprinting towards a chain-linked fence and proceeding to vault the fence, whilst vaulting you scrape the scrotum against the metal wiring at the top of the fence. Once landing has been achieved you witness blood running down your leg followed by a pink tainted goop. This is the testicle that has been severed from the sac. The blood covered testicle is known as The Red Nut.
