This will often develop into a habit, where players, unless engaged in a serious fight, will shoot once, reload, repeat.
Unless the FPS is based on realism, the game will likely have the ability to CoD Reload. Common games you may see this in are Call of Duty, Battlefield, Counter Strike, Team Fortress 2, Siege, Overwatch and Grand Theft Auto.
