An asshole, a very annoying person. He is unbearable to be around due to his massive ego. Likes to talk about himself and interrupt other people’s conversations to talk about how superior he is to others. A big cry-baby and drama queen who makes drama out of every situation. Carter is an interesting guy who has a nickname of Carti. Carti is often a playboy and talks to many girls at once. Most would refer to him as "Playboy Carti."
