A furry relationship is where two people eDate without ever seeing eachother's faces, bodies, or hearing another person's voice. A Relationship like this is usually started over Discord, Twitter or other social media websites, where a person is represented as a virtual avatar with no connection to their physical look in the real world.

This is most popular in the furry fandom, however some online dating circles do this outside of the furry fandom.

furry-code

The furry code is a string of letters, numbrs, and symbols, which identifies various common social aspects of the furry who generated it. The code was written by someone calling themselves Captain Packrat, and was based loosely on the Geek Code written by Robert Hayden. The furry code was initially devised in the 80's or 90's, when such codes were popular on usenet. Codes like these, including the furry code, are now considered somewhat passe. However, code can be found via a web-search of the term "furry code", as well as several decoders.

A Furry is a person who has an obsession with anthropomorphic animals, usually dressing in a fursuit, making art consisting of furries, saying OwO or UwU, and speaking in asterisks. Whatever you do, DON'T look up the fandom. The fandom is a dark, dark place. I've seen stuff.
