Most follow the British curriculum, like NAIS Dubai, or Dover Court in Singapore, but there are some that run on different curricula, such as SISS Dubai. A lot of them run from Year 1 to Year 13, like St Andrew's Bangkok, or Prague British International School, but some that start at a specific year, like d'Overbroeck's, which runs from Y7-13, or Nord Anglia International School New York, at which the final year one may be enrolled is Year 9. The schools are generally pretty good quality with good teaching
