One who bullshits. The english word "bullshitter" was modified by adding an "o" at the end to make it sound like spanish. This is very useful when traveling to spanish speaking countries and you want to have an inside way of referring to someone as a bullshitter.

Ese cabron es un bullshittero. Translation: That fuckin guy is a bullshitter.
