1. A pre-pubescent dick who thinks he's working for the UN, but who in actual fact sits in a two-bit 4 desk office, one step up from licking stamps. Commonly known for being a neurotic narcissist.

2. Someone who aspires to be a dictator but is too incompetent, so he just takes his sexual inadequacies out on those around him.

New employee: Who's that total asshole who comes into work two hours before everyone else and spends the whole day talking about himself?
Old employee: Oh, that's your Line Manager.
New Employee: Fuck me, I'm outta here.

line crosser

A person that has to do exactly what you tell them not to do, usually a smaller child, or annoying older child, or an adult with childish tendencies or ADD. This is not limited to just crossing lines, and also involves situations much like the following: "don't touch my hair" (at this point, the "line crosser" would poke the persons hair while saying "tooouuuchh") line crossers also have tenancies to be unimaginative, and do things like finding something, and naming it "Bob", "Fred" or "George" because they can think of nothing more original. (nothing against those names of people, just random objects) it is perfectly legal, and in fact, encouraged to smack line crossers when they do what they do, because it will eventually show them that in the real world, they will be beat up by people bigger than them.

PERSON#1: "Ok, i am on this side of the line, *points to line in sidewalk* now don't cross it please"
LINE CROSSER: *puts a toe/finger across the line* "look, i crossed it!"
PERSON#1: *smacks line crosser* "wtf did i say?!?"

Term used in the source code of websites, often in Style Sheets, to define the vertical space between lines of text.

In the Head section of the source code:

Senay Line

In school, and other areas where grading is based on the 100 point system; The Senal Line is considered a 50. Those scoring higher than a 50 are said to have "passed the Senay Line" those going below it "falling below the Seany Line". It is named after Mike Senay, a genius whos theory was that a 50 should be considered average as it is right in the middle.

"Johnathon scored a 67 on the test!"

"At least he passed the Senay line."
