Get the Mentally Gerardedmug. The mindset after which you don't have to get previous consent for an action against a person. People with this mindset go so far that they pretend like they have rules in place and get people to consent to their actions, but what's called consent here really just boils down to people not explicitly stating they do not want it to happen.
Often associated with relationships, it also applies to unrelated examples, such as a CEO of a social media company or electronic "product" silently adding statements to the ToS either without notifying the users, or hiding it on page 87 of 100 near the bottom.
