similar to triple tap, the quadruple tap refers to the act of verifying all three fundamental personal items (keys, wallet and phone) are present where they should be, with addition to a less common feature such a cigarettes, insulin syringe, reading glasses, etc.

John: phone - check, wallet - check, keys - check. I'm all set to go.
Jane: you ought to run a quadruple tap, dear. make sure you don't forget your samurai sword.

Witch's Tap

The use of a wooden spoon (or an erect penis), to free pastry from a pie tin. Due to current health and safety limitations in the UK, witch's taps are restricted to wooden spoons only in the workplace. Due to the risk of severe burns to the genitals I recommend using a good witch's tap after the pie tin has been allowed to cool.
