Basically the best damn drink in the world if it doesn't kill you it will definitely make you stronger and really hungover take a liter of everclear case of beer big jug of kool-aide mix ice and a small bag of sugar the sweeter it is the better it gets!

It means that Hillibush puts food (like small sandwiches with no crust) in a basket and then him and his friends go to a field, or beach, or top of a mountain, and they lay a blanket on the ground and sit down and eat it. Therefore, he thinks he shouldn't be the only one and tells other people they should do the same.

In short, an activity you do with your friends.
