“cool cats” basically translates to cool dude, but when the word is used it reveals more about how the user of the word views themselves. The typical user of the phrase thinks themselves a very quirky and funny individual, but this is deeply deeply untrue. The use of the word is so unfunny and awful it is physically uncomfortable to beat and the phrase is widely frowned upon in general

A Superior Species, capital letters, that choose to live with you and take over your house. Cutest little fluffballs ever that hate your guts unless you give them food, and turn into Satan when offended. Will kill you. Beware. Will lure you to your death with infinite cuteness. We love them anyways.
My cat is the cutest thing in the world, and it just grew claws and ate my house cuz I touched it’s tail!

Kendra Teressa’s old cat or more famously known from the books as following: “Little House on The Farm” & “The Babbling Brook”, both by Janet Mary Crunican.
Marvin the cat was one of the main protagonistic side characters, along with the cats: “Flour”, Hunter, and Claws, and additionally sicky sally (the one who passed away from tumors of the stomach).
Marvin the Cat has an extroverted personality type and is gentler than the other kittens.
Marvin the cat is saying used to characterize a white domestic shorthair cat that has blue eyes and a gentle and kindred spirit.

That cat reminds me of Marvin the Cat from the book “Little House On The Farm”, by Janet Mary Crunican.
