When you go on a sweet binge, i.e sad mouth, the sugar is not able to be processed at the same rate as normal due to your body being disgusted by the piece of human filth you have become. This failure to process the physical manifestation of your depression leads to Sugar Butt, where your butt pays retribution for the acts of self loathing you have thrust upon it.
