A portmanteau of "trapped" and "unhappy", meaning trapped and unhappy. Usually in reference to a single unhappy party in a relationship. Most often it is an unhappy, underappreciated, and sexually ignored husband.
New Dad #1: "Hey man! Welcome to Trent's 1st birthday party!"
New Dad #2: "Yeah how you been? Liking the new digs? How are you and Crissy?"
Soon to be Dad: *forces a sad smile* "It's great! Everything's great! Can't wait for Bella to come home with Crissy in a few months."
Dude #1: "Wow guys. That's some bullshit. You look trappy af. When was the last time you got laid? Got a bj? Got noticed for the sacrifices you've made personally and professionally?"
Soon to be Dad: "No idea, can't remember the last time, and she's completely fucking oblivious."
Dads #1&2: "Shiiiiit you are trappy dude."
