More Time Than Money

This applies mostly to driving, but can be applied to anything. You always have more time than money, as in slow down and watch out. There is no point is speeding or being in a hurry and getting in a wreck; as both these will cost you money.

When you're waiting to turn onto a main road, just wait till you are 100% sure you can make it, you'd rather be safe than sorry.

It's better to be late than dead.

The phrase "better coming than going", describes a girl or guy who looks really hot while walking towards you, however looks particularly average from behind, while he/she is walking away.

it means the pen is a better weapon than the sword because its smaller and more manueverable. also you can fill the ink tube with poison and stab someone with it for example, in the neck. its better for sneaking up on someone, or for use in small spaces.
