Between 1 January and 31 August 2010, 46 companies had made an initial public offering on the NYSE; another 33 had made a follow-on offering. But while the IPO's accounted for $9.5 billion, the FOO's accounted for almost $55 billion.

Die Figur des Mr. Yunioshi repräsentiert eine racially offensive, d.h. die Figur wird äußerst lächerlich dargestellt, spiegelt ein beleidigendes Bild eines japanischen Menschen und diskriminiert damit eine ganze Ethnie. In den USA waren Japaner aufgrund der Ereignisse im 2. Weltkrieg schlecht angesehen und wurden zu einem Feindbild, das in etlichen Hollywood-Produktionen zu erkennen ist.

(Noun) - A sense offender is someone who is offensive or unpleasant to the basic human senses (sight, smell, hearing etc.). This could include being loud at a late hour, having really bad flatulence and not excusing yourself, or anything that someone might find grotesque and undesirable.
