The differently painted and decorated (often fabulously) fingernail on the ring finger of one's left hand. Glitter is usually added to this nail while the others are painted rather plainly.

Carla Marie from "Elvis Duran and the Morning Show" is a huge proponent of the disco nail; frequently giving them during an otherwise normal manicure.

A longer fingernail(usually the pinky nail) that's used to hold cocaine for sniffing. This nail would usually be longer than the rest of the nails. Also makes it easier to open a baggie.
