A statement made when someone insults you usually by some form of name calling. The statement basically negates what the other person is saying. Another way of saying no I am not. Other forms of this may include The fuck it is, The fuck you are, The fuck it ain't, The fuck he/she is/isn't.

Friend: "You're a fucking douchebag, you know that?"

You: "The fuck I am."
