Can be used to describe many sexual acts that involve exchanging fluids without having intercourse. (comes from the computer term where keys are exchanged in encryption)like the cleveland steamer.

Adj. To over blow even the simplest of functions or situations for no reason. Over emphasise the most menial, general or simple tasks either out of self importance or ignorance.

My boss has to difflicate everything just to make himself feel important, even going to lunch to get a sandwich is an ordeal.
