A term used when you position yourself in the centre of a large crowd of rowdy and obnoxious students, extend your arms to full capacity, clench your fists and begin swinging round in a windmill motion knocking them down one by one.

Named for a single frame in a FNaF theory video made by The Game Theorists about the Toy Chica's beak calling it either a glitch or maybe a skittle, hence the name.
