Old school Spanglish for that cat-piss smell or that nasty wet basement smell that smells like cat piss. Typically only seen used in Denver so far…

Meow is said when placing one's pointer finger on their nose, also meaning not it. The last one to touch their nose and say meow has to forego the task no one else wants to do.

meow is cat language. it can mean a lot of things like: give me food human or pet me human.
if you have a cat you cant be sure what meow means. it can also mean. i will poop on the floor if you don't stop.

mate: "hey bro meow" mate 2: "did you just say meow?" mate 1: "yeah mate lets get something to eat"
