When someone does something usually really stupid, or says something stupid, or makes no sense at all, then you give them a neck which is slapping the back of their neck hard (depending on what they did/say... if it's real stupid then you give it to them harder)

Conan: you mean Jessica Alba?
Garrick : is that her name?
Conan : GIVE ME THAT NECK !

giving the dog a bath is when a male stuffs the twig and berries in his girls mudbucket and keeps it there as long as possible. if you've ever tried to get a dog in the bathtub, and keep him there, you know exactly why this act is so named.

after a romantic dinner, i decided to give the dog a bath, but the as soon as i got everything in, they squirmed out and i couldnt get them back in.
