1. Verb: To play pickleball, typically with enthusiasm and a slight obsession.

"Ever since Karen retired, she just dinks all day."

2. Noun: The act of playing pickleball, or a pickleball game / series of games.

"Work has been super stressful lately. I could really use a nice afternoon dink."

3. Verb: To perform a soft, strategic shot in pickleball that arcs just over the net and lands in the opponent’s kitchen. Used to seduce your opponent into a cat-and-mouse game of patience and finesse.

Origin:
From the satisfying "dink!" sound the paddle makes when hitting a soft shot. Also because "pickleballing" just doesn’t have the same ring.
