Citrus Bitch

A deragatory term used to describe the extremely preppy girls with the orange, fake tanned skin and the nearly platinum blonde hair. The single word "citrus" is the more commonly used term. The word comes from the girls' resemblance to an orange.

God, almost all of the girls on the cheerleading squad this year are citrus bitches.

A bitchy foster mom. Examples are stealing kids from good homes under strange circumstances where the police were involved and ,saying they will take care of them, only to treat them like a red headed step child and put them in more strange situations.

If they had a pregnant foster child they might not even feed them etc, or make them share food with the son of the hosue who is a pervert.

St. Mary's county is full of foster bitches. I feel bad for the wonderful kids there and can't wait to help get my pregnant girl out.
