It is the only site that has a good-working java cheating bot/client for Runescape, named ARGA.
The link is www.rs-resources.com, but it is temporarily offline.

I just downloaded ARGA from Rs-Resources, and it works great!

An abbreviation for "Rape Suspect" used in Police terms to desribe the events in a crime scene.

In everday use, an RS would be someone that looks suspicious, untrustworthy, or a bit sketchy . Or it could be someone that sneakily follows people (thus making them RVs of the RS).

The name of a group of vampire rapists. Based around a fanfiction about Twilight. It stands for Riley the Raper and the Rapists. The characters from Twilight, with Riley at the lead, formed this group and terrorize people by raping and then biting them. It is fictional, not actually happening in the Twilight books, just in a fanfiction. More can be found out at www.spunkeatslemonsforrevenge.webs.com
