inside joke

a joke that is formed with a select few people. Later when a certain word is shouted (like ex. cheese grater) the people "inside" will laugh hystericly while others will only be confused.

A take off of the expression "…over my head". Used to describe a joke that was so crude and/or immature, that it's not funny.

Joke in a hat

This is a major insult only used when one has run out of the normal insults and needs something that will incompass all of the other insults into one big one. One can spice things up by substituting other words at the end such as, joke in a hobo's sock, joke in a rabbits ear, joke in a paper bag or even joke in a goats butt crack..ext.

Me- Alvin can i borrow your car tomorrow bro?
Alvin- No man i need it to take my girlfriend to a play.
Me- Your a "Joke in a hat" you dork.

I asked billy bob to come to my ex girlfriends birthday party and that "joke in a sock" said he had to study.

It's a joke not a dick you don't have to take it so hard

something said when someone takes the joke too seriously or personally and they need a reminder of what they're mad about. knocks the sense back into someone real quick.

Yo Mama Joke Protest

The revolt and protest organized by people who hate or disagree with Yo mama jokes. These uproars of protest and disgust usually come from mothers, and sometimes fathers. Most of the time they are posted via Internet or emailing to sites, but occasionally mobs of moms will get really physical. Here is a prime example of protest: this message left by a working mom on www.joke-pages.com:

"You can kiss my two cakes togetha losers!!! You all dissin me on dis here computer callin me FAT when you da fat asses eating yo krispy kremes and stickin it around yo penis's and dilly do's!!!!
I'm tired of all these yo momma jokes, I mean seriously, what about yo fatha?!?!! I mean I fuckin pissed a fuckin baby, jesus fuckin christ. And you all callin me a fatty cakes!!!"

Thousands of angry mothers were tired of all of the snaps and insults aimed towards them, so they finally began to start fighting back. They organized a Yo mama joke protest that paraded down 5th Street.
