Nigga is a word (slang) that people use to greet friend(s), family, homie or to insult black niggas. Im cool with non black mfs sayin nigga, but you gotta add some (friendly) words to it, ion want yo ass straight up say nigga, if u do that u probably gonna get some heat with some niggas.

Me: ayy whats good!
