Get the Bat-Onemug. When something is done "frame one" it means very quickly; usually instantly.
This is derived from the Super Smash Bros community, as they count the "speed" of attacks using the game's framerate.
If the game is running at 60 frames per second; an attack that comes out in 1 frame would be extremely fast (1/60th of a second).
The popular Smash Bros Youtuber "ZeRo" often uses this as a real-life metaphor for "really fast".
