A person who walks into the room and says a few words. They usually are not a complete sencence and make you ask them about what they are talking about. In turn sniping you into a conversation about something.
(the sniper walks into the room and says) "so hot" (you ask) whats so hot? "oh this girl I met at the mall. I got her number and we're going to hang out later" (you have now just been sniped)

striper

One who wears striped clothing to indicate to others that they are mad. Referring metaphorically to their brain lapsing in and out of 'normality'. Often seen hanging around local nightspots looking for trouble. Usually travel alone but may congregate with other stripers during the festive season. Can be vertical, horizontal, thick, thin, even pin.
Watch out for that striper at the bar, I think she's got the horn.
