Pulling an Air Bud

An unwritten rule in all sports rulebooks that states that a referee cannot call a penalty on a team no matter how ridiculous their actions are if there is not a rule in the rulebook that makes it illegal. Stems from the movie Air Bud in which a referee allows Buddy the Dog to play because there is no rule that says that dogs can't play basketball.

Coach: "He just threw dirt in my quarterbacks face to prevent his pass! Where's the flag?"
Ref: "Is there a rule saying he can't?"
Coach: "Well, no, but..."
Ref: "Than the play stands."
Coach: "Are you seriously pulling an air Bud right now?"

Pulling a Brooks

When you think that your the most talented and valuable person alive because you have high stats in Call of Duty, when in reality no one gives a shit. You frequently call yourself a god and think that you can step on anyone you'd like. In other words, your stuck-up. People like this are generally sweaty tryhards without a life.

1. Brooks: "I AM A GOD! I just won that round of Call of Duty and you didn't do anything."
Declan: "No one gives a shit, stop pulling a Brooks."

2. Person 1: "My COD stats are better than you, get on my level u scrub."
Person 2: "I play for fun, not for stats you loser. Stop pulling a Brooks."

3. Person 1: "Carl was such a douchebag last night, he judged my real-life skills because of my Call of Duty stats. Who the hell does that?"
Person 2: "Don't worry about it, he just pulled a Brooks."

Pulling a Shayan

When you have a short period of time left on a test and you're only less than halfway done with it, it's called pulling a Shayan. Also known as procrastination but specifically pertaining to taking tests and exams. (The reason it's Shayan and not another name is because it means "deserving" or "worthy effort" in Middle Eastern dialects.)

Guy #1: Dude did you see Raine struggling on number 5?
Guy #2: Yeah dude, she was totally pulling a Shayan!
