Trump’s Second Coming

The “Great Awakening” among diehard Trumpists-QAnonists for their twice-impeached “political savior” and the “anointed one” to come back to free the country from the “Deep State” and to make America greater again—they couldn’t believe that President Biden is officially inaugurated, because they were expecting President Trump to declare martial law to remain in power for four more years.
With millions of hardcore supporters itching to hear from their ex-Twitterer-in-Chief directly, their only hope now is to keep the faith in Trump’s second coming, which might take place in 2024 or 2028, if he’s not barred from public office by Senate lawmakers.

caping

The art of caping is to traverse an enclosed space, using a cape to add dramatic effect on entering or exiting said enclosure.

Caping is a great pastime for people who are easily bored and have friends willing to record them looking like retards. Public caping is more adventurous and is harder to pull off without actually freaking people out.
Caping is usually recorded and uploaded to social networking sites to gain kudos for the level of comedy, aesthetic or endangerment accomplished in execution.

The rules for caping:
1. One must use a cape.

2. The enclosure must be hollow, solid and opaque.

3. One must add drama to the caping; more is better.

4. One must make it known that they are caping. Saying 'I am caping' usually get this across. Sternly announcing it will ensure a good result.

5. One's safety should always be considered. Properly thought through caping procedures should always go to plan.
One should never put oneself at undue risk.

6. Every cape that is captured must be named.
Dude, me and my friends did a caping in this cinema yo...peepz were all freaked out and shit.

comp, comped, comping

'VOLUNTEER FOR AFTER BEING VETTED OR ACCEPTED' OR SOMETHING.
'The word “comp” does not imply “competition,” it stands for “competency.” '
Comp, comped, comping. He comped the magazine, she is comping the Crimson, I want to comp the Advocate.

HI - I WANT SOMEONE ELSE TO DO THE WORK ON THIS, I JUST WANT TO ALERT YOU THAT THIS MEANING EXISTS AND IS NOT IN YOUR DICTIONARY. I GUESS IT SORT OF MEANS 'VOLUNTEER FOR AFTER BEING VETTED OR ACCEPTED' FOR GROUPS MAGAZINES ETC. HARVARD CRIMSON USED IT TODAY SO I HAD TO LOOK IT UP.

From 4/11/07 Harvard Crimson:

“Comping” the Harvard Crimson
The “comp” is the official way to become an editor of The Harvard Crimson. Crimson comps are designed for you to learn while having fun and meeting new people. The word “comp” does not imply “competition,” it stands for “competency.” Anyone who demonstrates competency in completing the requirements of the comp will be elected an editor of The Harvard Crimson. Once elected an editor of The Crimson, you are always considered an editor.

There are nine different boards you can comp: News, Arts, Business, Editorial, Design, Sports, Photo, Information Technology and Fifteen Minutes. Each board’s comps run independently of the others, though content compers learn some of the same material.

Comps are scheduled to be roughly 10 weeks in length, although there is no time limit. You can finish the comp at your own pace; don’t feel obligated to spend all of your time at The Crimson in order to finish under some strict deadline. At the same time, we hope to create an environment that you enjoy working in.

The goals of each comp are twofold: first, to teach you the requisite skills to be a productive part of the staff (whether as a reporter, photographer, designer or business associate); second, to get you acclimated to the culture, the traditions, the idiosyncrasies and the people that make up The Harvard Crimson.
