Vincennes is also the meth capital of the world. When grocery shopping at the local JayC, it is considered proper etiquette to wear pajama pants accompanied with a lovely dirt-stained wife beater. Screaming at your five illegitimate children is also recommended. Wearing clothes that cover your butt hole is not a necessity.
