When an AI (or any polished system) gives a response that is
technically correct, excessively polite, and emotionally empty—smoothing over the real issue with vague
positivity or corporate-speak. You weren't ignored… but you weren’t really heard either.
To be “glazed” is to be met with a glossy, non-committal reply that evades depth. The response feels like a donut: sweet, shiny, and completely useless in a crisis.
