Get the Mary-Kate Dietmug. The long island diet consists of foods, often unhealthy and kid friendly, that picky eaters enjoy to eat. This typically includes Spaghetti and ketchup, dino nuggets, mac and cheese, and other processed garbage. While not limited to Long Island, it's often associated with college aged boys from the tri-state area.
