"A blackman made in the image of a whiteman is what a nigger is." The slavemasters had complete control over the slaves and was able to determine the reality of the slaves. Being the teachers of the slaves and being a totally open opposer to the slave, the slave wanting to be near his/her teacher/master embued the ways and characteristics of the slavemaster and their children.
The present and past secretaries of State are the whiteman's niggers according to the mentioned definition of the word nigger.
