Victim mentality

A form of mental gymnastics used by selfish people to avoid accountability, or to avoid admitting they are an asshole. Related to princess syndrome and narcissism.

Symptoms include:

being easily offended,

making everything dramatic,

lack of improvement in life,

somehow being the victim of every story they tell,

fixation on negative events,

blaming others for their actions,

starting unnecessary conflicts,

obsession with identity politics,
poor understanding of boundaries,
lack of respect for others,
unwilling to take responsibility,

and a sense of entitlement.

Person 1: "Can I borrow you car?"
Person 2: "No, I need to run some errands."
Person 1: "Geez you don't have to be an asshole, I'm just trying to go get some food because im poor and starving and have a broken leg. Your literally attacking me as a person. Do you know how many people kill themselves because of people like you?"
Person 2: "Please go to counciling for your victim mentality."

Mentally Hanged

Hanging someone, using mental warfare, without damaging or affecting a person’s health, unless the victim gets depression and will eventually commit suicide.

Just taking away his privileges is not enough, he must be mentally hanged so he will learn his lesson.

mental soup

This is a term used by someone who suffers from mental illness/es or is simply very emotionally unstable, exhausted and unmotivated. Mental soup describes the condition of your fucked up brain and how there are so many things going on in there, you can't even name them all.

I just almost managed to cope with my mental soup and now i have to go to school again. I'll be yeeted back to square one.
Her mental soup is way spicier than mine from what i can see.
