used to describe a co worker who’s incredibly good at “playing the part” but not actually doing the job. they could become a manager, make bank, and still not do anymore than they were doing before. they can often be seen pretending to work. these individuals are highly manipulative.

when you do something that you were not supposed to do, or saying you'll do something in 15 minutes but instead it takes you 3-4 hours.

I pulled a Lindy when I told my mom I was going to sleep in 15 minutes after grinding some cash in this game, and now it's 8AM and I have been playing for seventeen and a half hours and apparently I'm still sick...
