1) (Archaic) a marijuana cigarette. First attested in songs and literature from Harlem in the 1920s and 30s.

2) In modern usage: marijuana, not necessarily in the form of a cigarette.

3) A refrigerated truck or trailer.

It is a term used to tell people not to be pussies and try that reef. A play on words of the famous song Don't Fear The Reaper by the Blue Oyster Cult.

Reeferee

1.During any drinking sport (Beer Pong, Quarters, etc...) They are the person that goes around getting everyone high. They also help to settle disputes in the game.

Callaway acted as reeferee for us during a game of beer pong, and in return he got 4 guest shots, 2 for each team.
