Fake hair extensions, fake nails, fake tan, lots of make-up, lots of fake accessories...etc. Her main goal in life is to find a sugar daddy to support her fake habit. Having real or fake eyelashes that are ridiculously long, thick, and full eyelashes. Lady Gaga's are fake for the most part. You can tell because sometimes they cover her eyebrows.
