Willow is a somewhat polite way of calling someone a coward "pussy", or a way to call someone a pussy in a setting where that word would be inappropriate. This term comes from the word pussy willow. Pussy willows can be bushy and unkempt they are mostly found in moist damp regions.

Willow is a smart, tall, pretty girl. She loves to socialize but also needs some time alone and to take a break. When it comes to school and grades, whether it be math or English, it always come easy to her. But watch out because when she becomes comfortable with someone, she begins to be a bit of a tease. She also gets lots of enjoyment from annoying others around her. She is also the heather of the group, no matter who she’s with. Always the prettiest one there.
