Female Sweatshirt Policy (FSP) is a policy pertaining to male and female couples. In a typical relationship, it’s common for the female to acquire a sweatshirt from her man. In doing so, the sweatshirt is essentially her property. It also very common for females to wear no shirt or bra underneath a sweatshirt, so it is just their bare chest rubbing against the sweatshirt.
