For most people that I know 'swazzle' Is just a random word, that's fun to use. Most use it when about to do something hella random/weird.

SWAZZLE!!! *kicks child in face*... SWAZZLE!! *throws sandwhich at floor*...
Swazzle!! * hangs up phone (unexpected)*

shwizzle. shwizzle is a word to describe someone who is always being rude to someone, and can be used in a nice way, to describe how someone has done their hair.
