Often used with "bucchin", "mammt", "mocc 'a mammt", sfaccimm is a cuss word frequently used in the iIalian city of Naples. It is both used as an insult and as a replacement to the word "sborra", which means "cum" and is, in fact, used to call a person a "drop of cum (sfaccimm)".
