I don't know what you think a "quicky" is, but I'm a New Zealander and I know. Some guy who says it's between "1 and 20 min" wat the fuck? Here in NZ that is a "normal shag". A quicky is done in the quickest possible ammount of time (the time it takes to get an erection and blow your load as fast as possible). They take anywhere from 20 secconds to 2 minutes. The only one getting any pleasure is the guy - the woman is only there to help the guy out, and doesn't recieve any real pleasure.

The idea is to position your opponent in the middle of your screen and then proceed to shoot your sniper rifle just as your character brings the scope up to their view, hence a "quickscope". The advantage being that your accuracy is not affected by sway and is much more reliable than a no scope.
I was caught off guard up close by my opponent but I whipped around and nailed a quickscope just before he killed me.
