Noun: A painful pulling or twisting of the nipple resulting in a purple discoloration often performed by a male bully in gym class on an unsuspecting male victim. Also known as a titty twist. Perhaps women bullies do this to other women too, but I'm not sure.

Prize given when an individual wins 3 separate game types in a row. Usually involves card games such as Rummy 500and Cribbage. The purple nurple is delivered by the loser to the left or right nipple as desired.
