LARP (on it's online meaning) is someone who claims to be part of a certain ideology, but they don't really know anything about it. This term got it's meaning on forums like 4chan, Kiwi Farms, Reddit, etc...
It is by definition, a way to call somebody a political poser. If you use this word on someone who is just being a normal poser, you are using it wrong.
Good use of larp: "Yo, Riley is larping Marxism, she didn't even read Das Kapital"
When someone posts a stylish or tough-looking picture — often involving designer clothes, money, or a flashy lifestyle that they didn’t actually take or live. They take it from someone else’s social media and pass it off as their own, trying to project a vibe or lifestyle they don’t really have.
"LARPing a photo" is when someone takes a designer or tuff photo like balenciagas, money, and some tuff shyt from someone else’s social media and posts it as their own, pretending it’s their life or style. It’s like acting out someone else’s vibe without giving credit, often to look cooler or more impressive.
MAKE SURE THE PICTURE YOU LARP DOES NOT POP UP ON GOOGLE LENS OR REVERSE IMAGE SEARCH OR YOU WILL LOOK LIKE A GOOFY.
