It is either her way or the highway and can be a little baby at times, but its those moments that make you realize you love her. She is always willing to help out anyone she is close to. Kelsey could be a girl or a boy, it really doesn't matter. Most of the time it is a girl though. Kelsey is a beautiful girl, inside and out. She loves spending time with her friends, and she is dazzling. She's not famous, she's not a celebrity but everyone likes her because of her great personality.
