a word used as a filler in any sentence. It can literally mean anything you want. It is perfect if you don't want to say a particular word so you insert the word hoobah instead.

Sarah: WOW...that shirt is so hoobah awesome
Jackie: I know I just hoobahed it up the other day at the mall
Sarah: I need to find a hoobah shirt
